All Marriage and Family Therapy Services are currently offered through Telehealth in California and Idaho using a secure HIPAA compliant platform called Simple Practice. I do not currently accept any insurance plans, but can provide a Superbill as an out of network provider to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

These 50-minute sessions focus on addressing your relational conflict, while improving communication and increasing connection.
Pre-Marital Counseling $120
Because I whole-heartedly believe in the power of prevention – I offer discounted 50-minute premarital counseling sessions with the option to purchase a package of multiple sessions for an even lower cost. Lets prepare you for one of the sweetest seasons of life by discussing communication, intimacy, finances and more!
Individual EMDR $170
Have you experienced relational trauma?
Whether it stems from childhood or is current, these 50-minute sessions use bilateral stimulation to desensitize and reprocess traumatic events. Learn more about EMDR.
Family Therapy $185
It’s “bring your family to therapy” day. I believe the most efficient change occurs with more people in the room. These 50-minute sessions use an attachment and skills based approach to improving family relationships.
Parent Coaching $150
Are you struggling to parent a child, teen or young adult? Lets spend this 50-minute session talking through your challenges and learning alternative methods to tackle one of the hardest, yet best jobs.
